My Tao Te Ching journal which is available in print format or in inexpensive PDF format is of course my preference because I took the Tao Te Ching and tried to make it easier to understand and incorporate into one's life.
Red Pine is the real scholar on all of things Tao and Zen in my mind. There is at least one great YouTube film of him wandering around the Zhongnan mountains of China interviewing hermits. Also, closely related, Edward Burger's films also on YouTube. Red Pine has a number of great books out, in particular Road To Heaven. That book sold 2 million copies in China.
thank you. needed to read this today. given the current events and being the daughter of a ww 2 combat veteran and wife of a viet nam combat veteran, the conseauences of war do not end with its ending.

It really touched me deeply. I’m slowly starting to explore Eastern philosophies. Do you have any readings you’d recommend?
