First, let me express my huge appreciation to the hundreds of people who have kept Heron Dance going over the years. Your financial support and encouragement have made the difference for decades. It hasn’t been financially remunerative to create this work – I have no 401(k) or retirement plan -- but it has been a wonderful way to live.
I’ve received thousands of letters from readers and emails from readers over the years telling me of the difference this work has made in their (your) lives, like the following from an email received last evening:
If you value this work, and want to see it continue, and don’t support it, now is the time to send some money. Whatever you can easily afford.
If Heron Dance ceases to publish, and you are contributing monthly or yearly on a recurring basis, I will cancel all ongoing contributions.
